Enrollment Steps

  1. Get to know us: Attend an Information Meeting or School Tour (You may also request an Information Meeting Recording).
  2. Complete Application: Submit your application for each student ($65 non-refundable application fee).  
  3. Complete Enrollment Packet: Following your child’s acceptance, you will receive an invitation to complete the official enrollment forms ($135 for re-enrollment and $150 for new students - non-refundable)
  4. Choose your Homeschool Structure: Seven Peaks does not hold grades, attendance or transcripts. This is the parents' responsibility and is based on the Homeschool structure chosen. Colorado homeschool laws require compliance with one of three homeschool structures: letter of intent, umbrella school, or the parent is a licensed teacher. Of these three, Seven Peaks recommends partnering with an umbrella school. 
  5. Complete Assessment: After your child’s acceptance to Seven Peaks Academy, you will receive a list of required curriculum. Within this list are online assessments. These assessments will aid in guiding you to purchase the correct curriculum for your child. Skip this step if you are enrolling in CHOICE.
  6. Purchase Curriculum: After your child’s assessments are complete, you are set to purchase curriculum. Seven Peaks will be available to help you with any questions as you navigate the curriculum purchasing process. Skip this step if you are enrolling in CHOICE.

 

Requirements to Receive Enrollment Packet:

  • Parents have attended at least one of the following
    • Enrollment Information Meeting (in person or online)
    • Family Interview
    • School Tour
  • Application has been approved

1. Click to Create an Account

To begin the application process, please click the "Create an Account" tab at the top of this page to create an application account. From there, you will be instructed to create a login, password, and verify your email via a message to your email account.

2. Click to Start Application

You have the flexibility to log in and out of your application account without losing your data as it will autosave. There will be a green check mark for each section once you have completed all required fields.

3. Review and Submit & Pay Application Fee

Once all required fields of the application are complete, you must select "Review & Submit." You will then be instructed to pay the application fee of $65.
